Our Company Policies & Guidelines
Siyaram Infotech specializes in app and web development using cutting-edge technologies. All source code is the sole property of Siyaram Infotech and will not be shared with clients unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate, signed contract. Deliverables will include fully functional builds or deployment-ready versions of apps or websites, but the underlying source code will remain confidential. Unauthorized access, copying, or distribution of the code by any party is strictly prohibited. Maintenance, updates, and bug fixes for completed projects can be provided as a separate service agreement.
Siyaram Infotech provides professional design services, including post designs, invitation cards, and UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
Watermarked previews will be shared with the client during the review phase. Final designs will be delivered without watermarks only after 100% payment is received.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate specifications and feedback during the design process to avoid unnecessary revisions.
Revisions beyond the initially agreed-upon scope will incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.
All payments are to be made in full before the delivery of final assets (designs, applications, or websites).
A 50% advance payment may be required for larger projects, with the balance due upon completion.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed-upon secure payment methods.
Invoices will be provided for all transactions, and a payment receipt will be issued upon successful payment.
All intellectual property created by Siyaram Infotech, including designs, code, and other digital assets, remains the property of the company until payment is completed in full.
Once payment is made, the client will have rights to the final deliverables but not the source code, unless previously agreed.
Resale, redistribution, or unauthorized use of deliverables without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
All client information, including project details, will be kept strictly confidential.
Designs and code are stored securely, and access is limited to authorized personnel only.
Any breach of confidentiality by third parties working with Siyaram Infotech will result in immediate termination of their collaboration.
Projects will be completed within the agreed timelines, subject to mutual cooperation from the client.
Delays caused by incomplete or unclear inputs from the client may result in revised deadlines.
Siyaram Infotech will not be held responsible for missed deadlines due to unforeseen circumstances or delays caused by third-party integrations or dependencies.
Two rounds of revisions are included for all design projects. Additional changes will be billed separately.
For coding projects, changes requested after project approval or during the final stages of development may incur additional charges.
All scope changes will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.
Clients who wish to terminate a project must provide written notice. Any work completed up to the termination point will be billed, and payments already made will not be refunded.
Siyaram Infotech reserves the right to terminate a project if the client fails to make payments or provide necessary inputs despite multiple reminders.
Post-delivery support is available for all projects for a specified duration as outlined in the agreement.
Long-term maintenance and updates will require a separate support agreement, which will be charged on a monthly or project basis
All project-related communication will be conducted via official channels, such as email or agreed messaging platforms, to ensure clarity and documentation.
Clients are encouraged to respond promptly to avoid delays in project completion.
In case of any disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through discussion.
If unresolved, the matter will be referred to arbitration or legal channels, as applicable under jurisdiction laws.
